The yawl GYPSY is a wooden cruising yacht built in Tasmania. GYPSY has been maintained in original condition, been in the same family, and participated in the Hobart regatta every single year since 1919. Its initial design was by Sydney naval architect Walter Reeks, which was then scaled down by well-known Tasmanian designer, Alfred Blore.
